CourtSync is a tournament management platform that enables organizers to create and manage padel tournaments, and players to discover and register for tournaments. Our services include:

• Tournament registration and management
• Team formation and partner matching
• Match scheduling and live scoring
• Payment processing for tournament fees
• Communication between organizers and participants

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Tournament Registration

When registering for tournaments through CourtSync:

• Registration is subject to availability and organizer approval
• You must provide accurate player and team information
• Payment must be completed as per the tournament's payment terms
• Withdrawal and refund policies are set by individual tournament organizers
• You agree to abide by the tournament rules set by the organizer

5. Payment Terms

For tournament registrations requiring payment:

• All fees are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated
• Payment processing is handled securely through our payment partners
• Registration is not confirmed until payment is verified by the organizer
• Refunds are subject to the tournament organizer's refund policy

6. Code of Conduct

All users of CourtSync must:

• Treat other users, organizers, and opponents with respect
• Follow fair play standards during matches
• Not engage in abusive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior
• Not manipulate match results or engage in match-fixing
• Not use the platform for any illegal purposes

7. Organizer Responsibilities

Tournament organizers using CourtSync agree to:

• Provide accurate tournament information including dates, venue, and rules
• Manage registrations fairly and transparently
• Communicate any changes to participants in a timely manner
• Handle payments and refunds according to their stated policies
• Ensure a safe playing environment for all participants

8. Limitation of Liability

CourtSync serves as a platform connecting organizers and players. We are not responsible for:

• The actions or conduct of tournament organizers or participants
• Injuries or damages that occur during tournaments
• Disputes between organizers and participants
• Tournament cancellations or changes made by organizers

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, and software, is the property of CourtSync or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in behavior that harms other users or the Platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Platform or via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
